ABOUT ME
I've been practicing as a physical therapist in the Denver area for the past 9 years, specializing in a broad spectrum of conditions, including post-surgical procedures, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, and more.

I earned my Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Connecticut in 2012 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Sacred Heart University in 2015.

In 2022, I started my own company. This move has given me the flexibility to offer personalized sessions in the comfort of my clients' homes or gyms, dedicating at least one full hour to each client. My approach is holistic, combining dry needling, manual therapy, and cupping to address muscle and joint dysfunctions. However, I believe that true transformation comes from improved body awareness, training proper mechanics, and consistently stressing muscles to work at their highest efficiency.

Also, in 2022, I broadened my expertise by becoming a certified LYT yoga instructor, a style of yoga developed by a physical therapist. During and following my recent pregnancy, I completed both pre-natal and post-natal Pilates courses. This unique combination of qualifications, along with my experience in physical therapy, improves my ability to help clients more effectively achieve their fitness and wellness goals.

Whether you are just starting your recovery after an injury, dealing with chronic pain, navigating the discomforts of aging, or simply aiming to regain strength and vitality in both mind and body, I am here to support you every step of the way!
